The rules and guidelines for using the Webvex platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Webvex platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Access & License
Webvex provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to help businesses build websites, manage leads, and automate sales. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform during your active subscription period.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
- You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Webvex to:
- Host or distribute illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful content.
- Engage in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized scraping of data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
5. Fees, Subscriptions & Payments
Webvex operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate service agreement. Failure to renew your subscription may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
6. Termination
Webvex may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if they violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or misuse the platform in any way.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high platform availability, Webvex does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime caused by technical issues or scheduled maintenance.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform IP: Webvex retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all underlying software, designs, and branding.
Customer IP: You retain ownership of all data, logos, text, and media you upload to your generated website or dashboard.
9. Platform Protection & Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Webvex platform or any part of its underlying software, architecture, or design. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or replicate the functionality of the Webvex platform for the purpose of creating a competing product or service. The Webvex platform may only be used for managing your own business operations and may not be resold, white-labeled, or redistributed as a standalone software product without written permission from Webvex. Any attempt to replicate or build a competing platform based on the functionality or architecture of Webvex is strictly prohibited.
10. Performance & Marketing Disclaimer
Webvex provides tools and infrastructure to help businesses capture and manage leads, automate communications, and operate their digital presence. However, Webvex does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to lead generation, sales conversions, advertising performance, or revenue growth. Results may vary depending on factors outside of Webvex's control, including advertising budgets, market conditions, pricing strategy, competition, and customer response. Clients remain solely responsible for their marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and business decisions. Webvex makes no guarantees regarding search rankings, advertising results, or the number of leads generated through websites or landing pages built on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability & Data Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webvex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues strictly arising from the use of our services or infrastructure downtime.
Data Responsibility: While Webvex maintains regular system backups and security practices, clients are responsible for maintaining their own records of critical business data. Webvex shall not be liable for any loss of data caused by user actions, third-party integrations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and your relationship with Webvex, shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
13. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
